E-Gift Certificates are the perfect way to show your appreciation for your colleagues! Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a redemption code, which can be shared with a colleague and entered in the Voucher Number field at checkout for any branded merchandise purchased on this website.
Please note that E-Gift Certificates are digital—paper certificates will not be delivered. If you would like to print a PDF of a purchased gift certificate, go to My Account, click Order History, and then click the View icon of the designated order, which will open your order receipt. Under the gift certificate item, click “Print Certificates.”

- E-Gift Certificate: E-Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise online only at The Cooper Tire Company Store.
- Your purchase total will be deducted from the amount remaining until the value reaches zero.
- E-Gift Certificates will be emailed directly to the recipient within 12 hours of a completed order.
- E-Gift Certificates may not be purchased using promotional offers or discounts.
- E-Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, except where prohibited by law.
- E-Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Gift certificate codes will be sent via email--one code per email.
- If you are ordering multiple gift certificates and do not want multiple emails, do not provide a recipient email. In this case, all codes will be sent to the purchaser on the receipt.
- If you would like to send gift certificates to more than one recipient, please add them to your cart individually. Use of this E-Gift Certificates constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- To check your Card balance, or report a lost or stolen Certificate: Call toll free 1-877-435-1993. Replacement certificates will be issued only for the dollar value remaining on the card at the time you report it lost or stolen. No replacement certificates will be issued without original receipt.
